hey, just a note. we do the same proceedure with the same mice. we use
about 1 ml per mouse pristane, wait 7-10 day with occasional repriming.
we use the same amount of cells, and get 5-8 ml ascites. occasionally
we get a low yield but this is rare and usually due to the TC.
Is the cell line appropriate for the mouse cell line. this might cause
a rejection unless there is some type of primine with an
immunosupressant to prevent some of the rejection response. of course
use the supressant as a priming and wait as you would pristane.
