As I understand, Th1 and Th2 can be distinguished only by the pattern
of cytokines they secrete; there are no specific differentiation
markers.  As far as "Ts" cells go, their existence as a discrete
sub-population remains controversial. CD4+ Th2 cells, for example can
be considered to have T "suppressor" acvitity as the cytokines they
secrete supress Th1 cells....So, the answer to both questions would be
no.
