We are trying to get a stable transfection of mono mac 6 cells and THP-1
cells. So far we have not found anyone who was successful doing that. In
the references we found only reports about transient transfections.
Any suggestions how that can be accomplished (electroporation,
lipofection, calcium phosphate method)???
