===============================================================
The TB/HIV Research Laboratory at Brown University in Providence, RI, is
devoted to research into all aspects of tuberculosis (TB) and the human
immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Much of our current work is devoted to the
development of two novel algorithm useful for the prediction of T cell
epitopes from protein primary structure, and their application to
potential vaccine development. The algorithms are based on the location
of multiple MHC-binding motifs within protein sequences.
