I am soliciting advice about what companies provide good service for
production of antisera to recombinant proteins. I have used one
company (they were cheap) for three different fusion proteins and
not a single sera (for 5 animals) was useful in Western blotting or
immunofluorescence.
What services have people liked?
What form did you submit your material in?
What animal did you use (the proteins are all human in origin)?
