Hi pal
I am currently interested in Paget's disease of nipple. The Paget's cells seen
in the nipple epidermis are now regarded as migrating cancer cells from
underlying breast ductal carcinoma.
Recently, the neu-oncogene product: c-erbB-2 protein is regarded as the
cell receptors for the unknown chemotactic factor(s) from the keratinocytes.
I want to know about this topic in more detail.
Besides, does anyone have the idea the role played by Langerhan's cells in
Paget's disease?
Thank you very much.
