Q: Do either CEM or HPB-ALL secrete IL-2?

Dear all:
As said in the subject, I'm trying tio find out whether CEM or HPB-ALL
secrete IL-2 upon stimulation (e.g ConA + PMA).
Also, in ConA + PMA - activated CEM cells I can detect IL-2receptor by
immunofluorescence (Controls with no PMA are negative). Is that acceptable
as an activation marker?
