Has anybody any clue why would a healthy, formely ascites-producing
murine hybridoma, would stop producing ascites in the same BALB/c mice,
forming something like a solid tumor instead ?
The hybridoma keeps producing mab in vitro, but insistently refuses to
produce ascites. Mice's peritoneum gets filled up by a cement-like
accumulation of cells.
Any idea would be quite welcome
