Following the notions that the immune system has evolved to keep harmful
and deadly organisms and viruses at bay by detecting "danger," what are
the latest data on interactions between the nervous system and the immune
system? I recall a paper in Nature 2 years ago that described axon
association with Langerhans cells, but haven't followed the literature too
closely.
