Dear all:
I posted this some time ago, but I'm not sure if it went through.
As said in the subject I want to know if either HPB-ALL or CEM cells secrete
IL-2 upon stimulation with ConA + PMA.
Also, since I can detect IL-2receptor expression in ConA + PMA - activated
CEM cells, I would like to know if that is acceptable as a marker of cell
activation.
