We would like suggestions as to a an antigen/TCR system which after
immunization with a commercially available antigen (murine immune system)
it is possible to enrich for the population of T cells activated by
identifying them with antibodies against specific V beta and V alpha
chains...we are aware of the system used with pigeon cytochrome c....
are there any other established systems?
ovalbumin? hen egg lysozyme?
