Is anyone familiar with a commercially available product that can be used for lymphocyte
proliferation testing? I am looking for something that is based on a 96 well plate. I also
would like to avoid using radioactivity. I have tried one product, but the backgroud absorbance
was very high so it was difficult to get a meaningful proliferation index. Thanks -
