Rob,
 
I have just begun to use this product (Bakerbond ABx Prepscale) to purify
an IgM Mab and it seems to work well although I have not run a gel on the
final product to check for absolute purity.  However, it does give a
decent separation from the great majority of FBS proteins by analysis of
protein and immunoreactive peaks.  Works for murine IgG and human IgG's
also, but again final purity unknown.
