streptavidin coating of elisa plates

Does anyone have any experience with making their own streptavidin
coated plates? Commercial ones seem very expensive ...... We need
to look for anti-peptide mAb's and planned to immobilize the
peptides by biotinylating them and incubating on SA-coated plates.
Any other suggestions for how we might do this screening?

Thanks ....
