Hi,
I am to set up my first fusion for mice hybridomas (Bcell), using SP2/0
cells in a couple of days time.
I was wondering if any body could send me some tried & tested protocol
being regularly used in your lab.s ;...as of now I've made up a protocol
from various ref.s & don't know if it will work.
** And, how good should the antibody titre be, before I sacrifice the
animal ?
I'll be grateful for any advices/hints/suggestions..
