I am currently thinking of expressing constructs in HEK 293 cells
possessing the FLAG sequence (MDYKDDDDKEF) and would like to know
information as to where I can get this antibody. I have two questions:
1) Does anyone have catologue details of IBI, New Haven CT, including
price and shipping of this Ab?
2) Has anyone got good expression of this FLAG epitope on their
constructs in HEK 293 cells?
