Hi everybody,
I am trying to select mouse T hybridomas (derivative from BW)
transfected with a plasmid confering resistance to Hygromycin B. Does
anybody has ever done that? Is there a trick that I should be aware of?
For the moment, the cells mock transfected seems not to be killed but
stopped proliferating. If you don't add periodically fresh hygromycin,
then, they restart proliferating. Thanks for any help.
