I have the following question:
The mouse B-cell line IIA1.6 lost its IgG Fc receptor.
What is the exact mutation? Do you know a reference or some other
way to find out what exactly went wrong? I'm not planning to
sequence the gene myself, but somebody might have done it
allready. My main question is: is there any (part) of the
receptor protein expressed at all (and expressed at the surface)?
