We are currently thinking of performing some experiments in mice and
would like to measure IL-12. It is unclear whether we should measure
P35, P40, or the mature heterodimer P70. Does anyone know whether an Ab
directed against either P35 or P40 would be effective, and additionally
what is desirable to measure?
