I was wondering if anyone out there could lend me some information on R&D
Systems T cell enrichment columns. The manufacturers claim to be able to
purify T cells to greater than 95% purity, but the best I've obtained so
far is 83%
I've been using murine spleenocytes, ficolled etc. as per the protocol with
the columns. I think maybe the eluting times/volumes etc. could do with a
little more quantifying.
