Fate of professional APC after Ag presentation to CTLs

Dear,

I have been wondering whether professional APCs such as macrophages and DCs
end up being destroyed by CTLs (assuming naive CTLs here) after Ag
presentation.  It's been suggested that professional APC are prone
(inherently) to  killing  by CTLs upon Ag presentaion.  Any evidence
against this view ?
