If someone has a reliable protocol for perfroming nuclear run ons with activated T cells I would be thrilled if you could send it to sde at mit.edu or to Scott Estes fax # 617 253-9863. Also does freezing cell pellets or isolated nuclei disrupt either the nuclei or initiation complexes? Thanks much for any help.
