I am looking for methods to distinguish murine neutrophils from eosinophils (other than just Wright-Geimsa). Are there cell surface markers? Immunohistochemistry reagents? In humans, chloracetate esterase reaction (leder stain) distinguishes these. Is this valid in mice? Rob Homer Homer at biomed.med.Yale.edu
