Hi
I have raised some antibodies against a bacterially produced
soluble T Cell Receptor using an antibody phage display library.
I want to test these phage against the original cell line but am
not sure what the best way is. I tried to do an ELISA but the
cells wont stick to the plate. I would be very greatful for any
sugestions .
