In reply to you problem with trying to detect cell surface
antigen on you cells, you can try a number of methods. You say
you've tried ELISA but your cells don't stick to the plate...why
bother? Fix your cells with Azide and carry out a Fluorescence
type ELISA on the whole cells. Alternatively use a FACS anaylser
or simply a UV microscope.
