Does anyone have a reliable methode for IgE-purification,
out of small volume (1-4 ml from allergic donors ->
IgE concentration between 100 and 2000 IU/ml). Probably I
should use a affinity-column. If so I am interested on which
matrix is the best and which kind of activation is useful
and especially which kind of capture-Ab (Provider and Catalog-Nr.
if possible) and which elution-condition (pH, ion-strength,
flow-rate) should I use. Maybe someone can give me a reliable
protocol or other suggestions.
