Hi everibody,
I just made a Single Chain Antibody. I tested its activity and it
seemed good, now I would like to product it in large quantity (mg).
Do you have any suggestion about the growt conditions of bacteria
(E.Coli HB2151) and extraction methods (please note that the protein is
secreted in the periplasm by a Pel B leader)?
I have a paper by Takkinen et al. but it is dated 1991. Anything newer?
