a sample of the antibody before committing a whole batch.
Also for redissolving I sometimes found that PBS at pH7.2 didn't work well
but that bicarbonate buffered saline at ph8.0 did. I was using bicarbonate
buffers to do my labeling with biotinyl-succinimide ester.
Incidently, the rat IgG2c subclass also behaves as a euglobulin.
