Dear Immunology Colleagues
We are trying to prepare murine hepatocytes for functional studies on iNOS
activation in vitro - but they don't seem to survive our prep. We have used
collagenase in modifications of the Seglan method as well as the technique
described in Fresney.
If any of you have tried and tested protocols for hepatocyte preps that you
could share, I'd be most grateful.
