Dear netters, I wonder if somebody in this discussion group has ever used an ELISA microplate reader that can read in 260 - 280 nm range to measure DNA such as the Spectramax 250 currently sale by Molecular Devices. If yes, is it reliable? Yves Blais, Ph.D. --
