I use a software program called Prism, from Graphpad Inc, San Diego, which has a template for non-linear analysis of the sort of data that is traditionally analyzed linearly via Scatchard analysis. Nice program, very accessible. OK, I said nice things, Graphpad - now how about a Mac version??
