Hello there:
I have been trying to stain formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue
specimens with anti-CD28 Ab. I obtained the Ab from CALTAG
Laboratories, Burlingame, CA and tried different antigen retrieval
methods, and even used in flash-frozen tissues. The antibody,
however, never worked. The same thing happened to Abs against CD80
(B7.1) and CD86 (B7.2). Does anyone have any experience in this
regard or know of a source of Abs which may work for
immunohistochemistry? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
