I am wondering if anyone has successfully used a caprylic acid based procedure to isolate monoclonals. It seems like it would be easier and cheaper than affinity chromatography. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, Morgan Wallace fmorgan at nervm.nerdc.ufl.edu
