isotype? One kappa, one lambda would help your cause.
* rabbit anti-mouse what? gamma?
* how about doing FITC and RPE or Rhodamine conjugations of the 2 mouse
mabs?
* Here's something I've never done; preincubate one of the mouse mabs with
the FITC anti-mouse, the other of the mouse mabs with the rhodamine
anti-mouse, isolate the antibody::antibody complexes on a sizing column,
then add to your tissue sample. Wow, sounds like a mess.
