Abzymes as vaccines?

Was wondering if anyone had heard of using abzymes ( catalytic
antibodies) as vaccines. For example, would it be possible to incorporate
statine ( a transition state analogue ) into a protein, then use that
protein to raise antibodies that would function as a protease to that
protein. ( say to the fusion protein of HIV )?
I recall someone had tried to make an abzyme esterase for
cocaine, but never read much more about that.

					Thanks, Tim
