Although PHA should produce a measurable production of IFN-Gamma, I've found that Con A at similar concentrations produces a much greater response. As for IL-4 production if none is seen with the ConA stimulation you may have to try a cytokine ie IL-2 or IL-1. Orencole at Endogen.com
