We are working on screening some organic molecules using the in vitro MLR
(mixed lymphocytes reaction) assay. But we dont't have much experience dealing
with organic compounds. Can anybody suggest an ideal solvent(s) to dissolve
these compounds and use them on MLR? Your advise will be greatly appreciated.
