You need to give more information regarding your current procedures. I
found that setting aside some mice which had been pristane-primed for
longer periods was helpful on occasion. Also, are we talking an all BALB
combination? That is, are their any MHC issues to deal with? If so, a
little immunosuppression (irradiation) may be in order.
