Hi netters:
I am working with recombinant monoclonal antibodies. I have cloned
the antibody in two vectors, one for the heavy chain and the other
for the light chain but the problem has been the low expression
level. An alternative strategy is the expression in CHO cells using
the amplification with Methrothexate.
For doing this I need a vector which should contain the dhfr gen and
the elements needed for the expression of light and heavy chains, I
mean the constant human regions for both chains in the same vector.
This vector would be used in research, so I'll appreciate any help in
getting this kind of vector.
