Freezing a monoclonal antibody?

Dear Netters,

I just purchased a monoclonal antibody. This Mab is shipped lyophilized
and the company recommends to dissolve it in water and keep in the
fridge. However, for longer storage, I would like to store it in
aliquots in the freezer. Is that possible without losing too much
activity? Which buffer should I use? With or without glycerol? I was
wondering whether glycerol can be harmful to some antibody.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

 Serge
