We routinley use Miltenyi's system and it works great. Im not sure
what you need to know. The company is helpful, but the beads are
expensive. A major use we have is to purify CD62-L negative cells from
mouse spleen. Typically we start with 25 to 40 per cent of the cells
of interest, and after magnetic seperation purity is >99% Yield is
vary good also. > 70% recovery. I hope this is of some use.
