ich habe Dein Problem gelesen und kann dir zwar nicht besonders 
weiterhelfen, aber kann Dir zumindest mitteilen, dass ich den gleichen 
Vektor im Bacculovirussystem angewendet habe. Ich habe versucht den 
extrazellulaeren Teil eines Lymphozytenrezeptors zu exprimieren und ins 
Medium exportieren zu lassen. Ich hatte auch grosse Proteinmengen im 
Lysat, aber nichts im Ueberstand. Bei mir war wohl das Problem, dass die 
Bildung von inclusion bodies die Sekretion verhinderte. Ich konnte aber 
im weiteren Verlauf funktionelles Protein aus den inclusion bodies 
aufreinigen. Wenn Dich das interessiert kannst du es mir ja mitteilen.
