You can collect/analyze murine neutrophils by first stimulating their presence. You do this by innoculating the peritoneal cavity with 2% oyster glycogen/saline. Four hours post innoculation harvest the peritoneal contents. It is 95% neutrophils by FACS. Cheri Bogowitz CBogowitz at aol.com
