I don't have a handy source for fluorochrome labeled Abs,
however, labeling an antibody with (say) an NHS-dye
should be entirely equivalent to labeling with NHS-Biotin,
i.e. very easy and quick.
I did publish a paper on labeling with NHS-biotin
within a slide-a-lyzer (from Pierce) - the same
method can be used for dialysis tubing or you
could use the "old" method of doing the reaction
in a test tube, followed by desalting or dialysis.
Most researchers don't realize that an antibody
can be labeled in a few hours with 15 min of
hands-on-time.
