Dear phage-displayed Ab workers,
I have been working on ScFv antibody expressed on pIII coat protein. I found that the
ScFv-antibody binds weakly when compared to the parental monoclonal antibody.
Does anybody has the exprience of expressing ScFv-antibody on pVIII protein? Is it
too large for expression? If so, are there any alternatives to increase the copy number
of ScFv per phage?
