We study the activation of human and murine B and T lymphocytes.
We observed different states of activation when we used some different
mitogens.
We also obtained various states of activation when we used the same
mitogens on human or murine lymphocytes.
It's actually impossible to understand our results because we don't
know the precise action of the mitogens on our cells.
So we are looking for some indications about their mechanisms of
actions.
I think some articles have been published about the comparison
of the action of these two mitogens on murine and human
lymphocytes in Immunology Today review or in an other journal.
