We have a somewhat unusual requirement to perform a fully automated
mammalian cell viability assessment following thawing from -80C and we
are considering the use of a tetrazoium salt based assay using a simple
two colour colorimeter.
We would very much like to discuss the procedures required and pros and
cons of the different tyypes of tetrazolium salts available with people
having some real hands on experience with these types of assays.
Please reply either to this newsgroup or preferably by e-mail to me at
justin.halls at brunel.ac.uk
Many thanks
Justin
