Does any one know the precise mechanism of action of Con A when used to
stimulate T-cells, why is there a requirement for APC's? Does ConA
stimulate APC's to provide T-cell help or is there a direct interaction
between the APC and T-cell.
If anyone has any answers or knows a good paper thet will tell me all I
would very much appreciate your help.
