Hi:
A friend has some monoclonals purported to be against a large, ~100nm,
crystalline structure found in some fish. The antibody is to be used
to identify the location of these crystals within the head cavity.
My question is whether there are published reports of monoclonals
which describe how the antibody recognizes something so large and
regular and which is not soluable under normal conditions.
Just curious.
