Well, when cells from H-2 identical mice with different TCR were mixed
(which seems to match the situation you describe) we didn't get a
significant MLR. As some other people have commented, you are probably
looking at a very minor antigen here, so it is unlikely to drive a
reaction as strong as an MLR.
